On Sunday night, the R&B megastar added another milestone to his musical career list: Super Bowl halftime headliner.

The eight-time Grammy winner kicked off her energetic performance with Caught Up, and worked her way through a list of smash hits including Yeah!, U Don’t Have To Call, My Boo, Love in This Club, Let It Burn, U Got It Bad and more from his 30 year career.

True to his word, Usher took his set to the next level by showing off his roller skating skills on stage while performing his song OMG.
Expertly gliding across the stage, he recreated a viral skating sequence from his recent Vegas residency.
Usher previously insisted that the show would usher in a “new beginning” in his 30-year career, and according to social media users on X (formerly Twitter), he didn’t disappoint.
Here’s what fans on X had to say about the singer-songwriter’s captivating vocals and lively performance.
Earlier this month, the singer, who has also collaborated with artists such as Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys and Justin Bieber, teased that she would invite special guests to join her during her performance.
“I’ve thought about a lot of ideas about who I would share this moment with and I feel like the people who will share it deserve the same recognition for what they’ve done in their careers – whether we’ve collaborated together. or rather they had their moments,” Usher told Page Six in an interview published last week.
After recently wrapping up a two-year My Way residency in Las Vegas, the superstar singer is keeping the momentum going with his upcoming Usher: Past Present Future tour, which he announced earlier this month. The tour will kick off in Washington, DC, on August 20.
