    I have changed to broadband and have a new router. Since setting-up I keep loosing the internet connection quite frequently. Is broadband working yet?

  2. YOUR SYSTEM IS RUBBISH.
    I HAVE RECEIVED AN E-MAIL TELLING ME THAT MY TELEPHONE BILL IS READY TO VIEW.
    I HAVE TRIED TO VIEW IT ON MY i-PAD AND MY COMPUTER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND I CAN NOT GET PAST THE FIRST PAGE.
    I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. WHAT HAS GONE WRONG????

  3. It was a bad day when I had chosen to have TalkTalk as my WiFi and net provider. I have a net connection but it’s useless. I have TalkTalk router and now it’s obsolete. I am paying now for no WiFi connection and without it I can’t connect with other people since I am disabled and need help from family and friends. I do my shaping on line and now I can’t connect with the net! To add insult to injury someone (a young Woman) answered my query about how to get the net and it came out that the “technical expert” would be paid £5 pronto and a year of service for £30.00 paid monthly!!!!! believe you me if I could leave your service I would have had long ago but I know from experience that it is not feasible and I have to stay. I have now a Tablet that is WiFi operated and I can’t using it because it gives me a note saying : “no net connection”. However my Laptop is still connected to the net!! Regards
