‘Here’s what I eat in a day in a calorie deficit post holiday,’ she said in an Instagram reel.

Bec starts off every day with a coffee, and also shared that her go-to coffee order is only 85 calories.

While many on-the-go drinks are often filled with high amounts of sugar, Bec swears by a grande iced long black with almond milk, one shot of sugar-free caramel syrup, and one dollop of whipped cream.

In order to make the dish, Bec begins by frying or scrambling an egg and one egg white in the fry pan before adding 50 grams of short cut bacon on top of it.

Next she places a sliced gluten free bagel to her air fryer and lets it toast until golden.

Once toasted Bec places the perfectly cooked eggs onto the bagel and adds the crisp bacon slice on top.

Bec also revealed that she tries to drink at least 2 litres of water every day.

She then eats a low-calorie Subway sandwich for lunch and snacks on crispy protein wafers and fruit when she is hungry in the evenings.

For dinner, Bec eats a simple pesto pasta dish and finishes the day with homemade oat milk hot chocolate and a marshmallow.

‘All of these meals have great macronutrients,’ Bec revealed of the protein, carbohydrates, and fats going into each dish.

But the health coach warned that what worked for her might not work for each individual person.

‘Everyone’s bodies have different needs so please don’t copy my day of eating for your own calorie deficit!’

Thousands were grateful for Bec’s honesty regarding what she ate in a day and how she gets back to healthy eating habits after being on vacation.

‘All of those meals look delicious,’ wrote one woman.
